ONC Certification

Per our annual Communications Conditions and Maintenance of Certification review regarding Information Blocking, Sightview will not prohibit or restrict protected communications regarding our Certified Health IT products by any of our clients.

In addition, any language contained within our agreements that may be construed as prohibiting or restricting protected communications will not be enforced to the extent that the communication is protected by the Communications Condition of Certification. This disclosure serves as notification of this change.

Sightview is diligently working to review and update our agreements to include language stating the same.
