Tycene Fritcher, a 20-year healthcare technology veteran serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Sightview. She has held executive leadership roles at EHR and digital health companies including Nextech, SolutionReach, Avizia/Amwell and Outcomes, where she has been instrumental in driving enterprise value. Tycene is recognized for strategic vision, innovation, and collaboration across the healthcare landscape. 

Dustin Osbourn

Chief Financial Officer

With over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, Dustin Osbourn brings deep expertise in high-growth technology environments. He has over nine years of SaaS experience, including six years at Nextech, where he played a key role in leading the company through a successful exit. In addition, he has more than eight years of private equity experience and has contributed to two successful exits over the course of his career. His strategic leadership and financial acumen have consistently supported scaling companies through periods of rapid growth and transformation.

Emmanuel G Bernabe Jr

Chief Legal & Compliance Officer

With over 25 years of senior executive experience in providing comprehensive legal and business leadership to a broad range of health care entities on matters including litigation oversight and management, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and licensure matters, drafting and negotiation of contracts and leases, as well as advice regarding operational issues, employment and insurance risk management, strategic planning and general corporate matters, Manny leads the Sightview Legal and Compliance Departments.

Chief Technology Officer

Ranger Due serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Sightview Software LLC, overseeing the company’s technology vision and product development. With deep expertise in healthcare IT and software architecture, he ensures Sightview’s solutions remain innovative, scalable, and secure. Ranger is instrumental in driving technical excellence and aligning product strategy with customer needs.

Casi Nestelroad

VP of Product Management

Casi brings nearly two decades of experience in healthcare technology to her role at Sightview, with a strong focus on electronic medical records (EMRs), practice management systems, patient portals, and telehealth. She also possesses deep expertise in revenue cycle management, insurance payer operations, EDI, and healthcare interoperability. Throughout her career, Casi has held leadership roles at Nextech, MDLIVE, and Greenway Health, where she led complex product portfolios and delivered innovative, high-impact solutions that addressed critical customer challenges.

Casi holds an MBA in Healthcare and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. She is currently pursuing a Juris Master in Health Care Regulation at Florida State University College of Law.

Melissa Wright

VP Client Operations

Melissa Wright is a seasoned healthcare leader with over a decade of experience driving client success, implementation, and operational excellence across healthcare technology and revenue cycle management organizations. She holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration and brings expertise in optimizing workflows, enhancing client outcomes, and leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Melissa is passionate about advancing healthcare innovation and delivering strategic solutions that improve the provider and patient experience.

Brandi Douglas

VP Human Resources

Brandi is a versatile, solutions-oriented Global VP of Human Resources with extensive experience in talent acquisition, training, development, employee relations, and multi-site HR operations. She excels in company restructuring, organizational strategy, and driving process improvements that enhance efficiency and performance. Brandi holds a Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management, a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership.
