As part of its renewed focus on people and product, Sightview, the only electronic health record and practice management partner focused solely on eyecare, has hired Brandi Douglas to spearhead HR. Her role, VP of Human Resources, was newly created by Sightview’s recently appointed CEO, Tycene Fritcher, as part of a strategic shift to strengthen the organization’s values and further emphasize teams and clients.
“As we bring Sightview into a new phase of growth and purpose, our employees are the most valuable resource we have,” said Fritcher. “Happy, passionate people make strong, impactful solutions. Brandi has already hit the ground running, organizing and recognizing team members across Sightview, and helping to better translate our corporate values throughout the organization.”
Brandi’s previous roles include HR leadership positions at organizations like CITI, vMOX, and Corestream. She specializes in talent acquisition and organizational restructuring, skills that will be critical as Sightview expands its footprint and advances its technology solutions. Brandi holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Strategic Leadership.
