Sightview is pleased to announce the addition of two new vice presidents to our team: Melissa Wright, MHA, PRS, CPhT, Vice President of Client Operations, and Casi Nestelroad, MBA, BSHA, Vice President of Product Management.
Melissa Wright brings extensive experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations, including Janus RX, Outcomes, and Cencora, with a strong focus on client relationships and operational excellence. In her new role as VP of Client Operations, she will help Sightview become more responsive, collaborative, and client-focused, ensuring providers get the most value from our solutions.
Casi Nestelroad has a proven track record in product and operations management, with specialized expertise in strategic product development and delivery for healthcare organizations such as Nextech, MD Live, and Greenway Health. As VP of Product Management, she will focus on addressing customer pain points, improving efficiency, and enhancing the functionality of Sightview’s products.
These appointments follow the recent hiring of CEO Tycene Fritcher and a company-wide rebrand, underscoring Sightview’s commitment to enhancing operations and experiences for eye care practices nationwide.
