The Healthcare Technology Report has named Sightview CEO, Tycene Fritcher, as a Top Woman Leader in Healthcare Technology for 2025. This list is compiled from applicants across the HIT space, from AI-enabled platforms, to compliance professionals, to pharmaceuticals, and those, like Tycene, leading technology strategy and innovation for healthcare providers.
“This year’s awardees include C-suite executives, co-founders, and functional leaders operating across startup, nonprofit, and global enterprise settings,” Healthcare Technology Report’s award announcement notes. “Collectively, they offer a clearer view of how progress actually happens in a sector shaped by scientific rigor, policy shifts, and patient-level complexity.”
Tycene has a long-standing career in healthcare IT, and this is her second time appearing on the Healthcare Technology Report’s Top Women Leaders list. With a background in specialty-specific EHR and PM solutions, Tycene is known throughout the industry for her client-centric approach to brand growth and technological innovation. After leading marketing and growth at the executive level for various specialty technology companies, Tycene joined Sightview as CEO in January 2025.
Within her first year, Tycene has driven remarkable transformation initiatives that have helped to further improve our organization, offerings, and client success, including:
- Quickly modernizing Sightview’s processes and products, including implementing leading security protocols and client satisfaction feedback loops to drive stronger collaboration and ongoing innovation.
- Spearheading a fast-turn organizational refresh to align Sightview with her vision of innovation, impact, and simplicity.
- Initiating a widespread UI update, which will unify the look and feel of Sightview’s flagship products, improve speed of use, and incorporate new branding.
