Sightview's CEO Named a Finalist in Stevie® Awards for Women in Business

We’re pleased to announce that Sightview’s CEO, Tycene Fritcher, has been named a Stevie® Award Finalist in the Most Resilient Female Leader Status category in the 22nd annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor the achievements of women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the organizations they run worldwide.  Nicknamed Stevie for the Greek word for “crowned,” the Stevie Award has been hailed as the world’s premier business award. The awards will be presented at a gala event in New York City on Monday, November 10th, where Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie placements from among the Finalists will be revealed.

Tycene’s nomination highlights her exceptional track record of successfully guiding healthcare technology organizations through times of change and transformation. Since joining Sightview in early 2025, she has taken bold steps to enhance operations, modernize our platforms, and strengthen client relationships. Tycene’s leadership has not only reshaped the Sightview organization but also fortified our commitment to supporting eye care practices nationwide with innovative, reliable technology.

We are honored to see Tycene recognized on this global stage and celebrate the resilience and dedication she brings to Sightview and the eye care community.
